We can provide assistance before your NDIS planning meeting by doing a functional assessment, which will clearly outline your functional capacity and needs. This will ensure that you have the correct documented information for your planning meeting and will help to secure the correct funding for your needs.
We are a mobile service and travel all around the Metropolitan area and surrounds. Our experienced occupational therapists are experts at providing assessment and treatment, which you can receive in the convenience of your own home. Our aim is to help you to reach your maximum functional potential and optimum independence.
We are competent at completing the AT forms for assistive technology and equipment and have been able to secure appropriate equipment for the people we work with. If you would like to find out more about how we can help you, please contact us on 0405 732 247.
