Our role includes but is not limited to:

• Home assessment to identify what is practically possible to support your choice to visit, return or remain within your home.  Our senior clinicians are experts in home modification and adaptation and can problem solve changes to your home to maximise your function and independence.
• Education and practical advice on how to manage symptoms associated with fatigue, breathlessness, anxiety and pain.
• Advice and provision of specialised equipment to increase independence and make things easier for you.  We are familiar with an extensive range of products and have excellent working relationships with suppliers in the Perth Metropolitan Area.  We can organise trials of equipment and assist with deciding on what is best for you.

• Facilitating engagement in meaningful quality of life activities.

• Our holistic occupational therapists can provide intervention in all aspects of your life including your physical, cognitive and perceptual needs.

• We are driven to achieve the best outcomes for you and can help with any goals that you may have.

• Our palliative care clients and other professionals working within this clinical area hold us in very high regard.  We are recognised for our expertise and professionalism. All of our occupational therapists are registered with APHRA and have membership with National and State Associations. Our occupational therapists keep up to do with the latest research and technological advancements.
