Aged Care Occupational Therapy
Positive Step provides mobile occupational therapy services across Perth to enable older adults to stay safe and independent in their home and community. If you have been approved for funding under the Support at Home program, occupational therapy may be included in your care plan under Clinical Care or the Assistive Technology and Home modifications (AT-HM) scheme. If you do not yet have funding, you can still access support through our private services.
Enabling independence at home
We provide personalised occupational therapy services for older adults living in the community which may include:
