Deaf/Hard of Hearing

If you are deaf or hard of hearing, we are here to support you to reach your maximum potential and get the most out of life. We are passionate about helping the deaf community and are constantly on the lookout for new and innovative ways to better support people and their specific needs.

We can help you in the following ways:

• We will come to your home to complete your initial assessment.
• We have a wide knowledge base in current assistive technology for people who are deaf or hard of hearing to ensure you will be safe and independent in your home.
• We will prioritise your individual needs and goals and work together to achieve what is important to you.
• We are a deaf aware organisation and we are currently working on our Auslan skills!
• We understand the complexities of the communication barriers that people who are deaf or hard of hearing face on a day-to-day basis. We work closely with accredited Auslan Intepreters to ensure open lines of communication at all times.
